Bios

Kirk Mulfinger

Kirk is the founder of Hampton West Real Estate. He is a licensed attorney, a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage broker. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Kirk holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. Kirk is a real estate attorney with experience in transactions, financing, closings, and development. Kirk serves as an arbitrator with the Multiple Listing Service Grievance Committee. He is an instructor in residential real estate law for the Washington State Bar Washington Association. Kirk founded Mulfinger Law Group in 2000, Hampton West Real Estate and Hampton West Financial Group in 2006.

Chris Dugger

Chris joined the Hampton West Group in 2005. He brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. In addition to helping hundreds of buyers and sellers to date, Chris is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Hampton West. One aspect of the job Chris truly enjoys is the relationship he builds with his clients, and the pure joy he gets out of seeing his clients achieve their dream of owning a home. Chris also provides his clients with a wealth of experience in market analysis that allows his clients to maximize their negotiating position.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii where he was a member of the UH baseball team. In his spare time, Chris enjoys fly-fishing, golfing, hiking, and travelling with his family.
